Carmen Curlers Scottish curling & whisky tour October 2010 with MCLEANSCOTLAND Perth Scotland WEDNESDAY 27 OCTOBER Arrive into Scotland, where MCLEANSCOTLAND will meet you all at the airport and transfer you to our Capital; Edinburgh. After a brief get together (drink) we all to check into your hotel, then we will all meet up again maybe in a pub! Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Edinburgh. THURSDAY 28 OCTOBER a free day in our capital, but, we can include a visit to the Whisky Heritage Centre, a local pub (Whiski on the Royal Mile) and some fun along the way. Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Edinburgh. FRIDAY 29 OCTOBER we will meet you in the morning after breakfast and head north to Highland Perthshire. For those whisky lovers we are going to visit the Scottish Liqueur Centre and Edradour, one of the smallest in Scotland for a tour and a dram. Heading to Perth where we drop into our local pub, Christies! Luggage taken to the Ramada Hotel in the City Centre. The coach will be available to take guests to & from Dewar's Rink 3.30, 5 minutes from the hotel, we start at 4pm sharp for the first day of curling. A whisky tasting at the hotel 7pm, sample drams with the guidance of Dewar's whisky expert Peter Guthrie. Nose and savour fine whiskies! Enjoy the warm Highland hospitality in the heart of Scotland in a The Ramada Hotel, originally a 15th century watermill. SATURDAY 30 OCTOBER the curling final, who will come out top? who will be away home with the wooden spoon? CHALLENGE FINAL IN PERTH first ice High Noon, please be at Dewar's Centre for 10am. Once we have completed our Challenge we will all pay a visit to Dewar's World of Whisky! Our coach will transfer us all for a taste of Scotland. Back in Perth for early evening when we can all meet up again for the Awards Dinner. Overnight Ramada Jarvis Hotel Perth. SUNDAY 31 OCTOBER och it's homeward again today as we transfer you all to the airport, yet again, a pleasure to entertain the Carmen Curlers from Sweden! Anytime guys! FOUR NIGHT package (2 Edinburgh and 2 Perth) with transfers, curling, visits as described above. Four breakfasts, whisky tasting and Awards Dinner. Medals for all.
