21 JUNE; a free day to do as you wish, with so much to see and do in Edinburgh, you will be busy all day! Dinner at your own leisure/expense tonight. Mount Royal Ramada

22 JUNE; this morning your guide will meet you after breakfast, then take the road to the highlands, driving through the Trossachs with a stop at a woollen mill, before heading to Loch Lomond, another wee stop here. Then we complete our journey arriving at Oban. Oban Bay Hotel & Spa, located on the edge of Oban's esplanade, the sun lounge stretches the entire length of the hotel and from here you will enjoy uninterrupted views of Mull, Kerrera and the Firth of Lorne. Dinner at the hotel this evening.

23 JUNE;  Today we study ancient Scottish history, as we visit Kilmartin Glen, standing stones and burial cairns from 3000BC, Templar graves and ancient tombs. As we return to Oban we venture across the Atlantic to stop at a wee traditional pub "the house of trousers". Returning to Oban. Dinner at the hotel this evening.

24 JUNE; a trip on the Jacobite steam train today, an early start to catch the train as it departs Fort William. With stops en route today we will show you some beautiful scenery and make some superb visits, as we then head for Inverness. Your hotel tonight is Glen Mhor, overlooking the River Ness. Dinner at the hotel.

25 JUNE; Eilean Donan Castle near Skye. This castle is a must see for every visitor. Shown right, we take you on a return trip here arriving back at Inverness late afternoon/early evening. Dinner tonight is at your own expense and choice, we will be suggesting many options for you here.  Glen Mhor Hotel.

26 JUNE; a visit to walk the battlefield at Culloden today, though the visitor centre is not a part of the tour, guests can pay to enter if they wish. This will be followed by Glenfiddich whisky distillery, a tour followed by a dram! Time here also for lunch if required. We then head south to Perthshire, where we stop at Perth, The Ramada Hotel. Dinner included at hotel.

27 JUNE; a sad farewell as we transfer to Edinburgh airport for your flight homewards.
